Cookie Policy

Last updated 31 May 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how TicketWise, a product of DreamyHook Digital Media (opens in a new tab), uses cookies and similar technologies on this marketing website. We keep this footprint deliberately small: TicketWise is a tool for facility-management teams across India, and our marketing site is built to be light, fast and respectful of your privacy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website asks your browser to store on your device. They are widely used to make sites work, to remember your choices, and — where you allow it — to measure how a site is used. Similar technologies such as your browser’s localStorage store small pieces of data in the same spirit. In this policy, “cookies” refers to all of these.

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies minimally and only for clear purposes. They fall into three groups:

  • Essential (always on) — needed for the site to function and to remember your consent decision. For example, your choice from the cookie banner is saved in the localStorage key “tw-cookie-consent” so we don’t ask you on every visit.
  • Preferences — remember small interface choices to keep your experience consistent.
  • Analytics — help us understand site usage in aggregate. These are set only after you opt in through the cookie banner, and never before.

We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to track you across other websites.

3. Categories of cookies we use

The table below summarises each category, what it is for, and whether your consent is required before it is set.

Cookie categories used by TicketWise, their purpose, and whether consent is required
Category Purpose Consent required?
Strictly NecessaryKeep the site working and remember your cookie choice (stored in the localStorage key “tw-cookie-consent”). These never identify you for marketing. No — always on
PreferencesRemember small choices you make — such as a dismissed banner — so the experience stays consistent on your next visit.Yes
AnalyticsHelp us understand which pages facility-management teams find useful, in aggregate, so we can improve TicketWise. Set only after you opt in.Yes

You are in control. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:

  • Clear the “tw-cookie-consent” value from your browser’s site data (or localStorage). The cookie banner will appear again on your next visit so you can choose afresh.
  • Adjust or clear site data directly through your browser settings.

Non-essential cookies — preferences and analytics — are never set without your consent. This approach aligns with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), which requires free, informed and specific consent before processing your personal data.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies through their settings or preferences menu. Look for “Privacy”, “Cookies” or “Site data”, where you can usually:

  • See which cookies are stored and remove individual ones.
  • Block third-party or all cookies for specific sites.
  • Clear cookies automatically when you close the browser.

Please note that blocking essential cookies may stop parts of this site from working correctly — for instance, we may no longer be able to remember that you have already made a consent choice.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, our practices, or the law. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
